All sales on pizza ovens & pizza prep stations are final due to shipping costs. Purefire Pizza Ovens does not fix or repair pizza ovens; We’d be more than happy to help walk you through the the process on using your warranty coverage to repair your pizza oven. We provide free shipping for the delivery of the item, we do not cover the return shipping cost from your location to the warehouse unfortunately. •The return policy window is within 14-30 days of purchase dependent on the brand of pizza oven, see visit our warranty page for the oven your purchased.
