Oven installation

The weight of pizza oven varies from 200lbs-1000lbs, larger Pizza Ovens are typically delivered on a LTL truck with a lift gate packaged inside a large crate.  Because of the size and weight of the oven it’s best to use a forklift, engine hoist, or crane to properly lift and position the oven successfully and without personal injury. Use the proper equipment and stay safe. 
Equipment can be rented from a local equipment rental business or you can contact a local contractor. 

If using a crane it’s best to have a separator bar to prevent the cables from rubbing against your new Pizza Oven. Cargo blankets aka utility blanket or moving blankets will also help protect the outside of the oven when moving. It’s also a good idea to have a few 2x4s handy.
