Store Policy’s: Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations, Order processing and lead time. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your items) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment:

Rest assured, your order is in good hands and Shipping is at no cost to you, Free shipping!! We utilize freight brokers and the best Shipping companies in the United States as our logistics providers to deliver our ovens to your door with fast shipping times. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you confirmation of the shipment or tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customersupport@purefirepizzaovens.com

 How we handle Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Damages, Cancelations -10-30 day window.

To request a return, send a photo with your packaging receipt and order number that came with the delivery of your oven and a reason for the return request at Returns@purefirepizzaovens.com

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; unused and in the original packaging.

**All Oven sales are final on The Chicago Brick oven brand because each Chicago Brick Oven is custom-built to the specification to your elevation and Gas option**

If you would like to return the item you purchased you will be responsible for the return shipping cost associated with returning the item; We will recommend a shipping provider, provide a shipping address, and provide the size weight and dimensions of the product you ordered for you to return the item(s) you ordered;. You may be subject to a 15%-20% restocking fee of the purchased price of the oven depending on the oven that was ordered. Once we have received confirmation of the items return to our suppliers warehouse a refund will be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order it can take up to 5-10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.

How we handle Damages: 10-30 day window. 

Purefire Pizza Ovens does not fix or repair pizza ovens; If you received an item that's damaged and would like to start a damage claim please refer to our Warranty page and read our "return, exchange, refund" policy. If your items do arrive damaged and would like to issue a return please send photos of the damaged item, a photo of packaging receipt and order number that came with the delivery by email at Damages@purefirepizzaovens.com and we will refer you to our bands warranty policies or visit our Warranty page. If you would like to return a damaged item please read our return policy.

All Order Cancellations.

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 cancelation administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges (see return policy above). Refunds from the cancelation will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order; it can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.
