Order Confirmation:

•We ship orders within 3 days, we’ll provide a tracking number. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your items are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipment:

•Free Shipping delivered to you within 8-11 days.

Rest assured, your order is in good hands and Shipping is at no cost to you. We utilize freight brokers and the best Shipping companies in the United States as our logistics providers to deliver our ovens to your door with fast shipping times. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you confirmation of the shipment or tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us. Contact us

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds - Damages- Order Cancelations.

All sales on pizza ovens & pizza prep stations are final due to shipping costs. Purefire Pizza Ovens does not fix or repair pizza ovens; We’d be more than happy to help walk you through the the process on using your warranty coverage to repair your pizza oven. We provide free shipping for the delivery of the item, we do not cover the return shipping cost from your location to the warehouse unfortunately. Apologies for any inconvenience, we would be happy to walk you through the process. Contact us

•The return policy window is within 14-30 days of purchase dependent on the brand of pizza oven, see visit our warranty page for the oven your purchased. 

•Damaged Ovens are covered by a 1 year warranty, visit our warranty page for more information.

Order Cancelations

Orders must be canceled within 48 hours from the time of purchase otherwise the order will be processed as normal. Orders canceled within 48 hours will receive a full refund to the card used at the time of purchase. Contact us to request a cancelation.
