Your order is in good hands, We utilize freight brokers and the best Shipping companies in the United States as our logistics providers to deliver our ovens to your location with fast shipping times. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you confirmation of the shipment or tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us. Contact us

Returns - Damages - Refunds - Order Cancelations.

Returns: 

• The return policy window is within 14-30 days from the time of your purchase. 14-30 days dependent on the brand of pizza oven, we provide free shipping for the delivery of the item yet the return shipping cost will be your responsibility once the item(s) are delivered. If you decide to return your pizza oven  Contact us for help on the return process.

• All sales on pizza ovens & pizza prep stations are final on Chicago brick ovens and after the 14-30 day deadline.

Damages 

• If in the event of a damaged pizza oven, ovens are covered by a 1 year warranty, visit our warranty page to learn about your coverage. 
  
  

• Purefire Pizza Ovens does not fix or repair pizza ovens; We’d be more than happy to help walk you through the the process on using your warranty coverage to repair your pizza oven. We provide free shipping for the delivery of the item, we do not cover the return shipping cost from your location to the warehouse unfortunately. Refunds:

• If your items are not available for shipment or are not in stock, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Order Cancelations

• Orders must be canceled within 48 hours from the time of purchase otherwise the order will be processed as normal. Requested Order cancelations within 48 hours will receive a full refund to the card used at the time of purchase. Contact us to request a cancelation.
