Everdure offers a 2 year limited warranty on their Kiln Pizza Oven and 1 year limited warranty on their Pizza Prep station & accessories.

  • FireoneUp - Pinnacolo Warranty Policy. 

Fire One Up Sales Inc warranties the Stainless Steel ovens and their components, including the body, floor, venting system, factory finish, stand and door (hereinafter referred to as the Product) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from time of purchase. They believe in the quality and construction of their products and are prepared to offer support beyond the one year period. If you experience an issue with your PINNACOLO Pizza Oven beyond the warranty period, we would ask you to reach out to FireOneUp either through their website Live Chat feature at www.FireOneUp.com or by email at Sales@FireOneUp.com. They will be pleased to support you in resolving any issues that are a result of manufacturing defects.

•HPC Fire Warranty Policy. 

HPC Fire Inspired warrants that for a period of two years from the original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship. HPC’S Forno de Pizza Oven, at its option, they will repair or replace this product or component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with new or remanufactured products or components. If this product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. HPC Fire Inspired Warranty Registration.

No registration required, HPC Fire Inspired warrants their ovens for a period of 2 year from the time of purchase. They require a serial number for any warranty replacement.
