•14-30 day return policy. Gas Chicago brick ovens orders are final because they are custom built to your elevation  

•Damaged Ovens are covered by a one year warranty, visit our warranty page for more information. 

•We provide free shipping for the delivery of the item, we do not cover the return shipping cost unfortunately.
